Membership does two things. It gives you a direct line to James, so a warning light or an odd noise gets a straight answer from the person who works on your car. And it covers two diagnostic checks a year, so a worry can be looked at properly rather than left.

What membership includes.
A direct line to James
A number that reaches James, not an inbox. Ring him about a warning light, a noise, or whether a job is worth doing. He picks up between jobs, or calls you back the same day.
Two diagnostic checks a year
Bring the car in and we put it on PIWIS 4 — fault memory read across every module, live values checked, and a plain explanation of anything it finds. No charge, twice a year.
Your car’s full record
Work history, photographs from each visit and every invoice, in one place. This comes free with any work we do — membership simply keeps it alongside everything else.
We would rather you knew before you paid.
Membership buys access and two checks. It is not a service plan, and it does not change what we charge for the work itself.
- Not a service plan — servicing, parts and labour are charged as usual.
- Not a warranty or insurance, and not a roadside service.
- The two checks are diagnostic checks, not repairs. Anything they turn up is quoted before we touch it.
- One car per membership. More than one Porsche in the garage? Ring us and we will sort something out.

How quickly does James reply?
Usually the same working day. He is under a car for most of it, so it will not always be within the hour — but it will be him, and it will be a straight answer.
How do I use a diagnostic check?
Ring or message to book a slot and say you are using a membership check. Allow about an hour, and you are welcome to stand with the car while we read it.
Does it renew automatically?
Yes, once a year on the date you joined. We email you a fortnight before, and you can cancel in a click — it then runs to the end of the term.
Do I have to be an existing customer?
No. Membership is open to any water-cooled Porsche owner. If we have not seen the car before, the first diagnostic check is a good place to start.
